MODERN ERA GROOMING BOOKING POLICY At Modern Era Grooming, we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience every time you visit. To help ensure a smooth and timely experience for both our clients and barbers, we’ve implemented the following booking policies. These guidelines help us avoid delays and maintain a high standard of service for everyone: Late Fee Policy: If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment, a late fee will be applied to your service. Cancellation for Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full price of the service. Heads Up: If you anticipate being 5 minutes late, please call ahead to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens! Please cancel at least 10 hours before your appointment so we can fill the spot for our barbers and other clients. No Call No Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice (No Call, No Show), you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service. Insufficient Funds: If the card on file does not have sufficient funds to cover your appointment, you will be blocked from making future appointments with Modern Era Grooming.
